This one I really need help with.

It doesn't effect the forum any, just kind of an annoying problem.

When you view active members currenly on the forum I get this..

Active Users
Username Where Logged On Last Active Online Time

Guest #1 Active Users 14:15:38 05/25/2001 02:30:42 12 Hours 15 Minutes

Now the problem is this. I am really the only one using the forum at this time as I am still testing everything. Now I know I haven't been viewing the forum pages for 12 hours and 15 minutes.

When I close my browser it's supposed to end the session, but for some reason it is keeping it active. Only when I finally login with an ID does the Guest #1 finally go away. But as soon as I log out again it continues with the Guest #1 session and continues to add to the time logged in.

What would be causing this?

Sincerely,
JGonier

I have a few Perl/CGI scripts running on my site that require HTTP-KeepAlive's be turned on for my web site (IIS4.0).

By running this, is that why even though I close my browser for 8 hours while I am at work, when I come back it still says guest #1 is still there and has been for 15+ hours?

Sincerely,
JGonier
