How to add more forums

How to add more forums in Snitz forums 2000 . I admin home page there does not seems to be option to do that .
Do I have to do it just opening the tables directly .

Log in as admin, and look for a purple folder icon off to the Right Hand side. There is some popup text that lets you know what the icons do.
