Whenever I mouse over some of the recent users on the right hand size, the names jump. I did a screen capture of it below.

Using Firefox 56.0.2 on Windows 10 Pro

You're right. Seems the tool tip feature adds some CSS when moused over the name, that doesn't play so nice with the Fox. Which js file/function handles the tool tips?

that would be buried somewhere in the bootstrap javascript (which is minified)
