I've been struggling to get on for the past day and was just wondering (in a nice way) if MaGraham had used up this month's quota of bandwidth bigsmile

It's been very slow for the last few days. I suspect someone is doing a denial-of-service attack.

Have had to reboot the server a few times, I think it's getting to the point where it needs a reinstall of windows smile

That happens, servers seem to degrade over time; especially if you also use them as desktops with additional software.

I will be moved to another group of hospitals in a few days, so will likely be offline for some time. Don't send out search parties, since I have no idea where I'll end up yet.

Seems the firewall had stopped working for some reason and the SQL server was getting swamped with bogus attempts to login as sa causing a DOS attack, firewall now fixed so fingers crossed smile

I was supposed to be moved last night, there was some paperwork glitch and now I'm on hold again. Maybe today or tomorrow, don't have any idea.

I've been wondering about the move.
Hopefully, the next hospital will have better equipment and newer technology. There's always hope, right?!

Knowing you, you're probably writing programs for all of the doctors! smile
