On my site, I have these side areas where I put various messages. These are supposed to be the same throughout all of my pages, but its a pain in the butt to edit each page with new info. Is there a way that I can have one page for these side areas which will be placed inside of each page when it loads? That way I can just edit the one file and have it update all of my pages? Sort of like with the header area in the forums.

In FrontPage , now Expressions Web, there is the ability to use "include pages". These are pages that are inserted in any other page you like. You simply edit the include page and the changes take effect everywhere that page is included.
What software do you use to make your webpage? Perhaps it has a similar feature?

If you do not use FrontPage, you may want to look at the tutorial to virutally do the same thing.
