Is there a MOD (I didn't find it in this section of the forum), that always notify by email the user of the replies to a topic? ... Like the phpBB forum's way?

Its called "Subscriptions" - search around and you'll find more than you ever wanted to know about how they work.
Its worth emphasizing that unless you are on a beefy server, having too many subscriptions can bog down the e-mail component and slow your forum down.<

Also, there will always be members who subscribe but don't add the forum to their safe senders list. So, be prepared for "undeliverable" email bouncing back.<
