I've implemented a plugin for Presence Awareness including the following IM:
- Skype
- Jabber
- Windows Live
- Yahoo

The Skype icon isn't working for me.
Edit: Actually, I think its the firwall at my workplace.<

privacy settings
open skype > tools > options > privacy
check "show my status on web" or something like...<
