I had many topics on the forum when people asked a question or proposed something, a million "I agree" replies or "I don't agree" replies comes after. Is there a way where to transform one topic into a poll w/ signature ? where you can tell how many (and which) mem bers have signed ?

There is the "poll mod" that can give you this functionality. To se WHO voted you have to mod the mod alittle, do a search here and you'll probably find it. <
