Hi, does anyone of your has a mod that will add one or two lines of news (or announcment or ticker) on top of the forum. Dynamic news ticker or something that scroll to announce something?

Can you help me how can I add this to my site? I may need step-by-step or at-least a short description on how should I do it.
I'm just new in ASP and have no programming backgroud.
