I need a little help, I would like to include some basic forum stats on my werbsite homepage but not sure if

A) It's possible
B) How to do it

My guess would be to copy that stats code from the Forum and just stick it on my .htm home page.
I would be greatfull if somebody give me a quick 5 mins heads up the best way to do it.
