I'm not sure a mod would be required for this as members can already post a picture in their profile.

Log in to Admin Options
Click on Member Details Configuration
Click the 'on' button on the 'Picture' option
Click 'Submit New Config' at the bottom of the page

Now your members can add a picture that will show in their profile.

brian33433, the easiest way to do this would be to add the photo album mod. Then your members can upload a variety of images they can use in their profile, sig, or avatar (if you have avatars)<
