To make someone a moderator, first you need to goto the
Members page. From there click on the

to get the the User's Profile page. At the bottom of the right hand side you will see a drop down box where you can choose
Moderator.
To change your password, click on
Profile to get to the Profile screen, on that screen you can change your password.
To get the "forget your password" link, you must first goto the
Email Server Configuration screen, that you get to from the Admin Options, and setup the e-mail settings.<
