Well! That was interesting and HARD (emotionally)!

This week, I went to SnitzBitz and downloaded every MOD on site.

A huge shout out to Carefree for keeping the MOD realm alive over there! Thank you man for helping out so much!

So many Modders have come and gone. I wondered where they are or if they still "are". * Gulp! *

It was a bit depressing to think on those things, so I decided to just go ahead and to the arduous task of getting it all downloaded, but, man! The emotions were thick for me. Link after link was dead with sites located in the abyss of "domain for sale" parking.

I remember so many of those Modders. Their code shouts out, but their posts are no longer voicing their identities, for the most part, currently.

Nearly 19 years for me of being with Snitz off and on. I am so appreciative that snitz.com and snitzbitz.com are still with us. It is just hard to see the silence of the forums.

I hope though that there might be a neo-revitalization of Snitz Forums.

It seems that with old cars that are around the 12-20 year old mark that they seem so "unwanted", but when they become classics, then there comes that popularity to them again of being so cool!

Like, for instance, as I was shopping in a store with my wife yesterday, I glanced over my shoulder and remarked to her, "Hey! Look! There is a section for Vynl records!" Then she replied, "And they're selling record players too!" To which, I remarked, "Wow! I wonder how many people wish they hadn't thought vynl was dead!"

So I am hoping for a renewed interest in the simplicity of Snitz! That is what I am hoping for.

Vinyl is good. Very good indeed!

Um, the link though ... I'll try it again. Maybe it's my remote location and signal.

The link you posted, Huw, doesn't work. The old Snitz Bitz site still is accessible.
