Currently the code i created and what we are using in this does not do nested groups.
However might have found a way to search nested groups. But you have to use the Group SID and not name. Might also be a way to use group name to get the SID. ( working this now)

Not likely. Given its posted in the NT Authentication forum I suspect Kal's talking about nested NT Groups.
Personally, I've moved away from trying to derive too many permissions etc. from the NT info here at work since it doesn't have as much relevance to the site's permissions etc. - instead I'm focusing on tying into our HR system. But that's me.
