In IIS Manager, stop the Default SMTP Virtual Server in IIS as mailEnable would conflict with it on port 25. Open its properties, click the advanced button in the general tab and change the port from 25 to 26. This will enable ASP applications to send mail using CDOSYS. Restart the default SMTP server. You may also need to change the cdoSendUsingPort (line 124) value in inc_mail.asp to 1 (set to 2 in default software)
