How would you go about adding addition rankings?

Like, instead of the default of 5, have 6 instead...

And an additional star...stuff like that

Is there a topic already on this issue that i missed?

And perhaps add addition honor "names" next to members names (like you guys do)

This is already possible - Go into a member's profile and give them a custom title.
