Is it possible to restrict moderation/editing in topics to mods and admins only...

...got problem with user who keeps editing his posts...

GauravBhabu wrote some code a long while ago that could stop members deleting and editting their posts. I can't find it now, but that's what you're after.

The mod he made is called Mod Posted Messages Control. Im not sure which forum version it was made for, but it might modify some of the code that was changed in 3.4.04.
