Sure, here's what I sent:

Dude, many thanks!

I checked out what you did, and I had it set up like exactly a couple of
times.....lol
So basically my server has to make the file readable and writeable by
everyone.....Christ that's it? I thought I was making it readable and
writeable thru my FTP, but now that you mention it, it doesn't seem to work that way....
Dumb question?
IUSR_machinename account????? What's that?

Oh well, I thank you, and will get back to you once this thing is rolling
again.

I'm kinda new to this, To run setup how do I do that?
www.siteaddress/Board/Setup.asp ? Is that how I do it?

Thanks
Chris

Alright, they did their thing, and then I ran setup.........and now I have this error:

This part was in the red box up top:
UPDATE FORUM_TOPICS SET T_STICKY = 0 WHERE (T_STICKY IS NULL)

And then underneath it said:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

Operation must use an updateable query.

/board/setup.asp, line 4429

I checked the setup.asp for line 4429 and here's what I got:
my_conn.execute ("UPDATE " & strTablePrefix & "CONFIG_NEW SET C_VALUE = '" & fValue & "' WHERE C_VARIABLE = '" & fVariable &"'")

That's the permissions issue Nikkol talked about. It hasn't been solved yet, it seems.
