Hi
I am running V3.1 and it works fine. But know want to use some of the new features. Is there a way to upgrade without complete reinstall? I don't want to loose the database an there are also some mods included.

you will not loos your database, but you will have to reinstall all the code for your mods, there is no way to upgrade without doing this.

what am I to do? Replace all files except the database?
How will the database being updated?

download the latest version and follow the instructions in the readme
