What program would you use to edit the database
Is it possible to export the information and rebuild the database. And then repopulate the database.

The obvious choice is Enterprise Manager. If you have it what you are suggesting can be done, that is, have a new blank Snitz database adequately created, import your data to that database (or export it, whichever you like). If this database cannot become the definitive one, then delete your current DB, create a new one, setup the tables properly and then import the data.
Look, I'm not sure that this will solve your problem. I just find it so weird that you have all these problems, with the most up to date Snitz versions, that I'm inclined to think that is the cause. But there is a possibility that, after doing all this the problem persists...
I may assist you with this, if you want. Just let me know...

Thanks for your help and your offer !
I come with a basic knowledge of php and mysql background and the crossover to asp and sql wasnt that hard.
I went out trying to find enterprise manager and it seems that Oracle, Sybase and Microsoft have one or something that is embedded into some other program.
Where would I find the program you are talking about.
I grealty appreciate the time your taking.
Thanks Cryptik

I think you'd need to download an SQL trial version that includes EM and other useful tools. SQL Server can only be used for 30 days I guess, but you can keep the tools afterwards. EM is really great to manage your DB. The downside to this is that you'll have to download many megabytes (120 MB or so, I guess).
Just drop by MS's site and download SQL Server trial.
