I've downloaded this mod, my first one. Misunderstanding the read.me file, i've uploaded all the files overwriting the other... Now my forum is dead, what can i do now? I still have my member and topics?

Ok this is what you need to do. Call 911 and tell them to get an ambulance over thier quickly. Do you know CPR? Try doing CPR until the ambulance arrive. But don't worry, it will be ok.
Sorry couldn't help it. Since you didn't give me a link to your forum. You didn't give me any error messages you might be getting. You just told me your forum is dead. That's not much to go on, now is it?

Mmm... i will wait to call 911, i am scared that police accuse me for murdering my forum

Any error message, simply does not respond, this after the overwrite of all the files of the Email random password .zip
Sorry for the wrong description of my problem.

if you try to re-run the setup, you'll get this:
The database could not be opened !!
Check your config.asp file and set the
strConnString so it points to the database.
Also check if strDBType is set to the right databasetype.
That's because you overwrote the config file with your DB path in it...
Edit config.asp according to the readme as if it were a new install (oh, yeah, it IS a new install...sorry, couldn't resist.)

Do what barky says. You need ot edit your config.asp file and enter the path to your database.
