Our message board is only showing the subscribe to entire board icon, it wont show on any of our forums or categories. I have tried changing the highlest level of subscription but that doesnt help either.
Have you turned on the subscriptions for the individual categories and forums too? Unless you turn those on, you won't be able to subscribe to the individual categories/forums/topics.
Each category and forum has this icon at the right of it's name. Click on it to open the category or forum editor and select the correct level of subscriptions you want.
You'll have to do that for the categories first and then for the forums, and for each category and forum separately.
