How do I (literally) upooad the files to my ISP? And how fo I install Snitz on my ISP I am clueless. Thanks in advance.

your isp should of gave you a way to upload the files onto the server. you will neeed a ftp component (wsftp ius the one i use others use cuteftp) or they will give you a webbased admin section to upload and manage your files. read the readme.txt file in the .zip file you download and it will tell you everything you need to know.
